Dr. Madiha Khalid is a seasoned BFSI training and instructional design professional with over 8 years of experience in content development, curriculum design, and regulatory compliance training for banking and financial services. She earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry with a specialization in Human Genetics from the University Institute of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, PMAS Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi, where she also completed an M.Phil in Biochemistry with a Gold Medal for academic excellence.

During her Ph.D., Dr. Madiha conducted research as a short-term scholar at Yale University School of Medicine, USA. Her research spans TB DNA vaccines and the genetics of neuropsychiatric disorders, where she identified novel mutations in the Pakistani population. Leveraging her analytical and research expertise, she transitioned into the BFSI sector, specializing in translating complex financial concepts into effective, learner-centric training programs.

  • Work closely with SMEs, product managers, compliance teams, and HR/L&D to ensure content accuracy.

  • Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, microlearning) to create engaging content.
  • Use tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and LMS platforms.
  • Prepare trainer guides and participant workbooks to enhance learning effectiveness.

  • Design assessments (quizzes, case studies, simulations) to measure learner performance.
  • Track outcomes using Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model or similar frameworks.
  • Recommend improvements based on feedback and business KPIs.
